Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@maisonaglaia.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We will confirm your return and provide instructions. Please send the item(s) back within 14 days after notifying us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
